Hi, I'm Alicia - Life Coach, mother of six, and unapologetic Slytherin (yes, really!).

My days are fueled by Diet Dr. Pepper, and my weekends are often sprinkled with epic tales of Jedi or the Shire, and my evenings spent trying to keep up with my kids in Fortnite (spoiler: I’m terrible at it, but it’s all about the bonding, right?).

Life has taken my family and me on quite the journey -

…From the tropical paradise of Hawaii where I grew up, to the mountains of Utah where we spent most of our 20 years of marriage, and now to the unexpected charm of the Midwest – Missouri to be exact. Never in my wildest dreams did I think we’d end up here, but life has a funny way of leading us exactly where we need to be. And sometimes, where you are isn’t where you thought you’d be either—in your marriage, in motherhood, or in life in general.

My life hasn't always been butterflies and roses...

After 17 years of marriage, my husband and I were separated for 14 months, not sure if our marriage would last—It was the darkest, most emotional, painful, and humiliating time of my life, but it also became the turning point I didn’t know I needed. Through that devastation, I discovered the depth of my own strength, intuition, and the expansive power of Christ-like self-love. I emerged from that experience as someone who had significantly healed and grown from a life filled with undiagnosed anxiety, cortisol overload, and fear-based limiting beliefs. And that’s why I’m here—to help you find your own light in the darkness.

As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints...

I know the unique pressures that come with our faith, balancing church culture and the teachings of Jesus Christ. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the expectations and the emotional toll they can take on you as a wife and mother. The weight of it all can make you feel like you’re not enough, that you’re failing in some way. But I also know the profound beauty of living the liberating teachings of Jesus Christ, finding peace in His love, and aligning my life with those principles. I’m here to tell you that you are more than enough—and that there’s a way to find peace, even in the middle of the storm.

My experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding and empathy for women who feel stuck...

…Lonely, or overwhelmed. Whether you’re struggling in your marriage, feeling buried under the demands of motherhood, or not sure what the next chapter looks like for you… I’ve walked that path. I know the fear, the exhaustion, and the longing for something better. And I’m here to guide you through it. My goal is to help you see that you don’t have to wait for anyone else to change; the power to transform your life and relationships is already within you.

Life doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful.

It’s in the messiness, the mistakes, and even the video game losses where we find connection and our most meaningful moments.

I'll grab my Diet Dr Pepper, and you grab your Pink Drink (or are you a Coke gal?),

And together, we’ll navigate your challenges and uncover the strength and resilience within you. We’ll find ways to reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and your life in a way that brings joy and fulfillment. Because even in the most unexpected places—whether it’s the Midwest, the middle of the ocean, or the thick of a marital crisis—there’s always hope, always a way forward.

I’m glad you’re here,

Alicia
